Assignment
Fox and Fox designed a master plan for Arrow Road Construction on a 7.8 acre site and includes:

  • A new state-of-the-art 14,250 square foot office building
  • An 18,250 square foot Shop/Garage Building, a gas station, employee parking to accommodate 105 cars, as well as semi-truck parking for a 90 truck fleet. The Shop/Garage is used for repairs on the truck fleet, and also includes offices and general storage areas.
